Honors Mentoring Program
Through mentoring, Peer Allies Through Honors (PATH) provides positive and engaging opportunities for all students to successfully transition to college life. Students will develop academically, socially, and personally by networking with their peers in a supportive and motivating community. Participation in this program will enhance leadership skills as well as provide opportunities for active involvement within the Honors Program and the University of Connecticut.
PATH provides students with:
- Support from Honors peers in academics and research opportunities.
- The opportunity to work in one-on-one and small group mentoring relationships while meeting Honors students from all majors and semester standings.
- A chance to explore new leadership opportunities while learning about involvement opportunities in the UCONN community.
- A flexible time commitment - only one to four hours a month are expected.
- Helpful advice from Honors peers who have first-hand experience choosing housing, roommates, and courses!
If interested in participating in this program, please complete the application and attach it to an e-mail sent to path@uconn.edu. You may also use that address to request an electronic copy or to ask any questions.
