Honors Faculty Member of the Year Awards

Recognition of Honors Faculty and Advisors

Each year the Honors Council, the student governing body, and the Honors Program select the recipient of the Honors Faculty Member of the Year Award. Winners of the award are nominated by students who have had some sort of official interaction with the faculty member and who feel that they benefited greatly from that interaction. Advisors are frequently included in the list of nominees.
