Community and Housing
Being part of the Honors community outside the classroom dramatically enriches the collegiate experience for Honors students at UConn. An active living-learning environment is fostered through: the First-year Honors Residential Community, the Honors residence hall in South Campus, and the student-run Honors Council. A full calendar of social, cultural, and intellectual events organized by the Honors Program and Honors Council facilitates socializing, exposure to culture, and keeping up with the latest ideas in students’ fields of interest.
